Creator's note:

The idea to create an old-school hip-hop clothing brand came while sitting in class back in high school (2010).

Having previously looked in stores and online, I could not find hip-hop clothes to my liking. I was searching for something  stylish but low-key at the same time. The “Tupac middle finger” shirts were hard… and the Biggie Smalls shirts were cool, but that would never fly with my mom. 

I also wanted to rock something that could represent the old-school hip-hop era as a whole and not just an individual artist.

The logo’s font was inspired by Fear of God’s clothing release in the fall of 2022. “Helvetica” was designed in 1957 and is widely regarded as a timeless font. This matches well with the brand's message.
